2. Website Purpose

 

Our website provides information about our hospitality services, which include a hostel, beach bungalows, a vegan Thai kitchen, and other related accommodations in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Users may browse our website for informational purposes and make hotel bookings or online payments through our platform.

 

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

• Users must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of our accommodations and services.

• Users are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during their stay.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

​

Payments for bookings are processed through Stripe.

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in special promotions.

A damage deposit of THB 500 (Blessings Home) / THB 1000 (Colorful Hut) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or credit card authorization. Guests will be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be refunded subject to an inspection of the property.

5. Liability Disclaimer

 

CLEMENTINE & SUNS PTE. LTD. and its affiliated businesses (including our hostel, beach bungalows, and vegan Thai kitchen) shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their visit.

 

6. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Thailand.

 

7. Amendments

 

CLEMENTINE & SUNS PTE. LTD. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
