We offer two ways to experience our daily flow of yoga, meditation and more:
Home Schedule – exclusively for our guests staying at Blessings. All sessions listed here are included in your stay (except where specifically mentioned on the schedule) and part of the full Blessings experience.
Outside Schedule – open to everyone in the Koh Phangan community. Drop in anytime for THB 300 per class or get a 5-Class Pack for THB 1,250.

Yoga A Practice for Every Body
Yoga at Blessings is not about perfect postures but about presence. Our experienced teachers guide you through diverse styles, from grounding Hatha to fluid Vinyasa, deeply connected Hatha Tantra and deeply relaxing Yin/Restorative. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, each class is an invitation to explore your body, breath and awareness. Our classes are for every body.
Meditation & Breathwork Finding Stillness Within
In the midst of movement, we create space for stillness. Our guided meditation and breathwork sessions help you slow down, reconnect and observe the mind with clarity. Whether you seek relaxation, emotional balance or inner expansion, these practices offer you tools to carry mindfulness into your daily life.
Day Trips
Beyond our space, the island offers breathtaking landscapes and rich experiences. Join our curated day trips to hidden waterfalls, pristine beaches, jungle hikes and sacred temples. Discover the balance between adventure and tranquility while connecting with like-hearted travelers.
Evening Gatherings
As the day settles, we come together to share, reflect and connect. Some evenings, we journal, guided by thoughtful prompts. Other nights, we gather for playing games. Our Family Dinner invites everyone to share a meal, storiesand laughter—just like family. These moments create a deep sense of belonging, reminding us that connection is found in presence.
