Refunds are subject to the terms of the Booking Terms & Policies, not this document.

Blessings Group Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit & Confirmation

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any group booking and to block availability.

The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another booking within 12 months (subject to availability).

2. Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Early Balance Payment: If the balance is fully paid 90 days before arrival, the group receives an additional 5% discount on the total booking value.

If the booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposit: Non-refundable.

Balance: Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival → 50% refund of the balance (minus fees).

Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival → no refund.

4. Transaction & Admin Fees

All payments are subject to transaction and administration fees (approx. 5%). In case of a refund, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Special Offers

Early bird discounts and special offers are non-refundable and must be paid in full by the stated deadline.
